Dye Sublimation is a process whereby the inks are drawn into the fibres of the fabric at high temperature, unlike screen printing where they merely stay on the surface. This means that no tendency to crack or fall out when the surfaces are scrunched up for packing. Further benefits are the highly vibrant colours which can be pantone matched to your requirements, near photo quality print and no set-up costs.
